We're rapidly expanding our digital agency/SI partner ecosystem across Europe to successfully sell and implement its leading Digital Experience Platform (DXP). We're looking for a proven, tactical and strategic channel manager to lead our regional digital agency/SI partner ecosystem in BENELUX and DACH and engage with our key technology partners in the region.


  • Drive partner sourced opportunities for Bloomreach
  • Recruit leading DXP digital agency/SI partners to build Bloomreach practices
  • Develop go-to-market plans with top digital agency/SI partners to build pipeline
  • Engage key technology partners in the region to drive pipeline
  • Work closely with Bloomreach sales, marketing, product and services teams to maximize revenue for Bloomreach
  • Work with enablement team to drive Bloomreach implementation training and certification program with digital agency/SI partners
  • Develop and manage business plans with digital agency/SI partners and conduct quarterly touchpoints with digital agency/SI partners on progress against plan
  • Provide regular and accurate updates on partner sourced account opportunities

The ideal candidate

  • Has a BA/BS degree
  • Has 7+ years of managing digital agency/SI and technology partner relationships for a commerce or marketing software company
  • Is Fluent in English, Dutch and German
  • Has go-to-market planning experience
  • Has experience working with top digital agency/SIs selling commerce and marketing solutions to enterprise accounts
  • Has experience with co-selling with digital agency/SI partners in enterprise accounts
  • Is able to consistently generate incremental pipeline through partners
  • Has strong consultative selling ability - critical questioning, listening, analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation
  • Has proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal sales, marketing, product, and services teams
  • Is a self-starter with a high energy level and proven track record of over-achievement
  • Is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Has experience using sales CRM automation tools
  • Has the ability to travel as appropriate
