The role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our paid marketing strategies. The role will take charge of marketing campaigns with media spend of over 50,000 USD per month across multiple platforms including Google Search & Display Network, LinkedIn ABM, Meta, HubSpot, Wordpress, Unbounce, and VWO. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful campaigns, optimize performance using advanced analytics, and stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing.


About you

The ideal candidate will have a track record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

Key skills required:

  • At least 5yrs experience in paid marketing with a strong track record of managing media spends ranging from 50,000 USD to 1.5 Cr+ per month.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical expertise in various paid marketing channels and technologies such as paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (e.g. Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), content distribution networks, and placement networks.
  • Proven ability to handle marketing budgets, forecast results, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Proficiency in using partner-specific dashboards like Google Analytics, Facebook, LinkedIn, and similar tools for campaign setup, management, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, manipulation (Advanced Excel or SQL), A/B testing, and experimentation to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to craft channel mix strategies, integrate channels on HubSpot, and develop creative approaches for maximum impact.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain a consistent brand voice across all paid programs.
  • Proactive in staying updated with digital marketing trends, identifying new channels and strategies, and leveraging innovations in social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying to stay ahead of the competition.
