About Fospha

Fospha is an enterprise SaaS product for retail ecommerce businesses.

Their mission is to give marketing teams in those organizations the confidence to invest their budgets in channels they can achieve profitable growth. Sixty percent of ecommerce sales are attributed to the wrong marketing activity. Not fixing this costs brands up to half of their potential growth. Fospha’s product fixes this for over 150 clients, delivering 10x better measurement within 2 weeks of onboarding, requiring only 10 minutes to set-up.

The Role

We are looking for a software engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the full software development life cycle (SDLC), writing high-quality, testable code, and integrating software components into a fully functional system. You will also be involved in developing verification plans, quality assurance procedures, and maintaining software functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Write well-designed, testable code
  • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
  • Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
  • Document and maintain software functionality
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards
  • Ensure software is updated with latest features

About you

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

Required:

  • Python - Hands on coding experience for at least 4 years
  • React - Hands on coding experience for at least 2 + years
  • Working knowledge of AWS Cloud
  • Understanding of Data processing pipeline (ETL)
  • Ability to write unit tests and integration tests
  • Experience of working with Jira or similar
  • Experience of working with Bitbucket/Git

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of using CDK

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
