The Role

You will have a pivotal role in establishing the necessary infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of our business. Collaborating closely with Product Management, Software Development, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams, you will be instrumental in creating scalable and cutting-edge engineering and analytical solutions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless inter-team processes between our India and UK locations, as well as identifying, designing, and implementing internal process enhancements for increased efficiency and scalability. By constructing the essential infrastructure for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse sources, you will facilitate the consolidation of data for optimal usability within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play an important role in the setting up of infrastructure according to business requirements
  • Work closely with Product Management, Software Development, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to develop scalable and innovative engineering and analytical solutions
  • Ensure smooth processes between our teams in India and UK
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery and re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability
  • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources
  • Help combine multiple data sources to make it usable for the business

About you

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.


  • 4+ years of experience in a Python Development
  • Experience with Python, Django, Flask, and SQL databases
  • Experience with AWS (if not, then other cloud platforms)
  • Experience of the full software development life cycle with industry best practices is crucial, knowledge of CI/CD is preferred
  • Ability to think out of the box along and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly
  • Excellent communication skills. Clearly articulating and documenting technical and functional specifications is a key requirement.
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Build relationships with various stakeholders, team player
  • Flexibility to work in multiple complex projects and changing priorities


  • Knowledge of cookies, tracking and compliance
  • Working in a marketing/sales based engineering role or a good understanding of the marketing/sales function
  • Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and techniques
