How you'll be contributing to Accurx as a Content Designer (Contractor)...

Are you a content leader passionate about transforming healthcare communication? Join Accurx, where we're on a mission to address the communication challenges in our healthcare system. We're currently seeking a Content Design Consultant to enhance our product's content experience. 

We've achieved great success in primary care with 98.7% of all GP practices in England using our product and we’re are expanding into other healthcare settings. As we enter into the Secondary Care and Pharmacy health sectors, and we need your expertise to shape our content experience, making it the best communication product across different healthcare settings.

As a Content leader you’ll be responsible for defining our product's content experience and tone of voice, ensuring intuitive navigation and clear communication throughout the product experience for both healthcare professionals and patients. You'll help us identify opportunities to tackle the communication challenges faced by healthcare professionals and patients when using our product.

Working closely with cross-disciplinary teams, you will regularly collaborate with our CEO, CPO and Head of Design. Together, we're dedicated to providing the best-in-class product experience aligned with our mission to revolutionise healthcare communication.

We're looking for somebody to join us on a six month contract, for a minimum of 4 days per week (you'll be expected to come into our Shoreditch office 3 days per week).

Your day to day tasks, should you choose to accept this mission 🤝...

  • Create in product content and name our core features for our existing product for Workspace, Navigation and Inbox teams.
  • Develop a content library for our core product journey so that other product teams can reference and adapt it into their components.
  • Build and establish the content library as the primary resource where product teams can self-serve core component content and glossary terminology.
  • Present work on a weekly basis to the senior leadership team (CEO and CPO) for sign-off.
