How you'll be contributing to Accurx as a Senior Platform Engineer...

As Accurx has become the go-to communication software in healthcare, we have a responsibility to build a reliable platform that can be scaled for both internal and external users. As a Senior Platform Engineer at Accurx, your role will go beyond moving technical initiatives forward; you will help shape the future of the Platform at Accurx.

Your work will directly contribute to the core of our mission — to become the system-wide communication channel for the NHS. You’ll help us get there by ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and innovation across our platforms, as well as playing a vital role in empowering healthcare professionals with tools that enhance patient care and communication.

Your day-to-day tasks, should you choose to accept this mission 🤝...

  • You’ll work with product engineers to understand their teams' workflows and influence change so that we can deliver value to our users faster more reliably and securely.
  • You’ll work closely with Product Engineers and Technical Directors  to land changes across the engineering org
  • You’ll advocate for best practices across product engineering, and can bring a product engineering mindset to your work
  • You'll work with the Technical Program Manager to help set team goals and ensure they're delivered on time to a high standard

What the team say ...

"I really like the fact that there is a fantastic mix of bigger projects mixed in with smaller tasks, and with such a broad field of work we are taking on, I never feel like I'm stuck doing the same thing which makes the work always exciting. Pair this with the fantastic team where opinions are always heard and we work collaboratively very well, it makes for a great environment!"

- Callum, Senior Platform Engineer
