Product Manager, Decisioning

Join Zip’s Product function, which owns the vision and strategy behind the products that enable our customers to shop with confidence and our merchant partners to grow their brands.

As Product Manager in our Decisioning team, you will be responsible for uplifting our credit decisioning capabilities and driving decision optimisation. You’ll also own the vision, strategy and roadmap for credit decisioning capabilities including day to day acquisition performance across Zip’s suite of products… you’ll be working on some very cool stuff! 

While you’ll be working in the credit risk team, you’ll also assist the engineering team to escalate and triage decisioning related incidents across Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations and Customer Experience. 

Part of your role will also be defining OKRs / metrics to track success and measure performance of the decisioning team.

  • 3+ years of experience in product management in a fintech/banking related environment
  • Experience implementing product management strategies, using data and analytics to build, launch and scale products
  • Analytical with a proven ability to drive data based decisions and outcomes 
  • Experience with managing a product across the product development lifecycle 
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build consensus and action across our business
  • A team player that contributes beyond their domain and always thinks team first 
  • At home in a fast-paced environment and able to move with a sense of urgency, but sensitive enough to give people space/comfort to add suggestions
