As a Senior Risk Analyst, you'll spearhead initiatives that manage Credit and Fraud Risk with existing customers. Your role involves leveraging advanced analytics to drive actionable insights and develop go-to-market strategies. You'll monitor performance metrics, analyze and optimize strategies, and collaborate closely with stakeholders.

What you’ll bring to the team
- 3-5+ years of experience in Credit or Fraud Risk, with expert SQL skills and a passion for analyzing data in the Risk domain.
- Proven analytics experience working as a risk/data analyst. Prior experience in the finance or lending industry preferred.
- You are data-driven, eager to understand the numbers and provide meaningful insights, and then translate those insights into customer focused strategies that maximize profitability while minimizing losses.
- You can influence decision makers with a proactive approach to drive results and improvements across the business.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL is a must, knowledge of Python or PySpark is preferred. Experience on data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
- You are self-organized with the ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where competing priorities and ‘test and learn’ based iterations are the norm.

The Pay Range for this position: $108,000.00 - $156,000.00 USD based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and Zip's compensation strategies. However, actual base salary will depend on varying circumstances and individualized factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
