As an IT Support Engineer, you'll play a critical role in providing technical assistance and scaling our IT services as Zip continues to expand. You'll collaborate with global teams, troubleshoot technical issues, manage hardware and software, and administer SaaS platforms.

- Members of this team are expected to own a component of Internal IT support, meaning you'll understand the end-to-end support journey, take ownership of critical processes, and iteratively improve outcomes. Examples of responsibilities you may own include:
- Supporting macOS and Windows systems with a focus on customer-first troubleshooting.
- Administering SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack, ensuring smooth account management.
- Managing and troubleshooting LAN/WLAN and office A/V equipment.
- Procuring and managing hardware assets to support a rapidly growing team.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive IT documentation.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Proven experience in IT support.
- Proficiency in supporting macOS
- Understanding of networking concepts sufficient for troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) frameworks and tools, with the ability to support application connections to our SSO platform.
- Curiosity and a willingness to dive into new technologies and tools, with the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting skills—you may not always have the answer but are motivated and skilled at finding solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple, clear language. You understand the importance of maintaining positive relationships with multiple stakeholders and approach interactions with a customer-focused mindset.

The Pay Range for this position: $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and Zip's compensation strategies. However, actual base salary will depend on varying circumstances and individualized factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
