About the role
As a Zip Account Manager in our Commercial Organization, you will focus on retaining and growing relationships with our large Ecommerce and Omni channel merchant partners.This role is crucial for ensuring our merchants are fully supported and achieving their business objectives.
You’ll change the game by:
- Aligning Zip’s value proposition with the near-term and long-term goals of each merchant partner
- Conducting business reviews with a focus on merchant partner growth milestones
- Cross selling additional products and services that increase our merchant partners’ market share and profitability
- Structuring marketing campaigns that both increase merchant partner market share and drive new users to Zip
- Negotiating long-term contract renewals
- Working closely with the product team to identify and deploy new products
- Creating an environment where merchant partners value your input and guidance to unlock growth
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- 4+ years Account Management/Partner Success Management or marketing experience in a consumer brand, financial services, payments or technology business
- A strong sales acumen with a track record of successful upsells and cross sells
- An ownership mindset and history of collaborating across multiple teams.

The Pay Range for this position: $75,000 - $95,500 USD based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and Zip's compensation strategies. However, actual base salary will depend on varying circumstances and individualized factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
