About the Job

Reporting directly to the Head of Solution Consultant, the Solution Consultant team specializes in addressing both current and potential customer pain points from technical and product perspectives at Xendit. Our focus lies in delivering professional services to large enterprise clients, offering deep technical and product insights. Collaborating closely with Sales, we ensure seamless integration for customers and collaborate with internal product teams to develop innovative, tailored Solution Consultant using our existing products based on the customer’s ideal business process. Our ultimate goal is to establish trust with enterprise clients by providing comprehensive payment Solution Consultant that meet their unique needs.

  • Great storytelling skills. You have deep empathy for users and are able to adapt on how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience—from developer to CFO—and differentiate Xendit. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized. You are able to manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various work streams on track
  • Passionate about technology. You are keen to learn about how things work and are able to explain technical concepts in ways that everyday people can understand
  • A team player. The Solution Consultant team collaborates across every team at Xendit. You are able to work with a range of disciplines to execute on your work
  • You’re willing to work harder than most and humble enough to learn from people much younger than you
  • You thrive on autonomy and have proven you can push towards a goal by yourself
  • We’re looking for a highly motivated individual and bilingual (Chinese/English) to focus on merchant acquisition and expand our market share in Indonesia and Regional. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English, and will play a key role in the Solution Consultant team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Has 2+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering/similar responsibilities (Saas/ERP/Telco background preferable)
  • Has experience in solving complex enterprise solutions across industries, preferably payments/fintech related

Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales capabilities
    • Understand Customer’s requirements complexity
    • Solve customer pain points using Xendit products by recommending Solution Consultant that are
      • Easy to use for Customer’s business / operations/finance teams
      • Easy to integrate for Customer’s tech team
    • Guide customer on how to connect Xendit with their existing tools, such as ERP systems
  • Project Management
    • Manage call the agreed upon project milestones to make sure Merchant can go live smoothly
    • Engage with stakeholder internally and externally
    • Clearly document project requirements and any subsequent changes to the requirements as well as ensure capturing agreements made during customer engagements
  • Grow Expertise
    • Maintain knowledge of current company procedures and policies
    • Establish and maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of Xendit products and process flows to better support clients
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payments space to truly help Customers understand what sets Xendit apart
  • Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed
