Tier Mobility’s Product Growth Swarm pursues the mission of acquiring, monetising and retaining the next generation of sustainable urban travellers. Working closely with members from our Product, Technology and Data departments, we reduce frictions, improve conversions and delight our customers across consumer lifecycle touch-points. 

For the retention domain, we are looking for a data-driven, customer centric, Head of Product to lead and help optimize metrics within this crucial Domain. 

  • Lead and grow the Retention domain and a team of talented product managers and CRM experts to deliver a world class growth offering and consumer experience
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Rider Experience, Data and Product Operations to drive Tier’s Growth
  • Build a systematic approach to Product Growth, more specifically, by increasing the retention of Consumers across more than 170 cities around the world.
  • Work collaboratively with other Product Growth teams to optimise consumer touch points across the entire life-cycle
  • Be responsible for our Product and CRM efforts
  • Own the product roadmap and communicate with Product and cross functional leadership, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and own the budgets, forecasts, and metrics for our growth objectives



  • Build, nurture, and retain a team of talented product managers and CRM experts
  • Have demonstrated experience in delivering a retention strategy for a digital product, along with building growth models.
  • Demonstrated history of customer obsession, purposeful innovation, and solving big problems
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ways of looking at Growth data.
  • Have experience in delivering world class digital/mobile customer experiences
  • Ability to use data driven insights to tell a coherent, persuasive, multi-dimensional story
  • Demonstrated mastery of multi-channel optimization and ROI
  • Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, including conflict resolution
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people effectively, leading high quality, fast-paced projects.
  • You have worked extensively with agile methodologies, leading multiple streams of complex work, and are adept at communicating and instilling the vision across Product, Tech and business teams to achieve a clear focus
