Recently we have closed a financial transaction to merge with Dott. Together we create the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries. THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER
- Lead our operations and ensure that all vehicles are safe, fully charged and are at the right place & at the right time for our customers;
- Own the operations KPIs in your area (Utrecht & Eindhoven); plan and prioritize the operations team’s work based insights from data analysis;
- Manage the team of Operations Managers, Operations Partners, Mechanics, and Rangers;
- Act as first point of contact for city officials and authorities on operational matters;
- Support management with regular business reviews and provide input to planning;
- Identify improvement opportunities with cross-functional stakeholders; project manage implementation of selected initiatives.
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
- Prior experience in the mobility, transport, or logistics industry (e.g. Uber, Lime, Deliveroo) is preferred;
- Analytical & data-driven; knowledge of data tools & visualisers (e.g. Excel, Looker and Kepler) is a plus;
- Ability to give directions and supervise Operations Managers, Operations Partners, Mechanics and Rangers;
- Organized and structured mentality; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
