About the role
We are looking for an ambitious Paralegal to join the Legal team of the recently merged Dott/Tier group. You will play a key role in integrating our two organisations, organising our corporate structure and negotiating commercial contracts.
What you’ll do
- Support the Legal Team in their day to day activities which may include market launches, drafting and negotiating contracts and local corporate filings
- Support the DPO with privacy related documentation
- Support managing the Group’s IP portfolio
- Support the team with certain integration related tasks such as policy and template harmonisation and contract management
- Support the General Counsel with fundraising activities
- Support the Head of Employment Law and people team with employment matters in a number of countries
What you’ll bring

- You are a generalist with corporate and commercial experience + good contract drafting and negotiation skills
- 2 years relevant working experience,
- You are during your bar admission training,
- Proactive attitude and thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Good sense of humor
- Basic understanding of data protection (including GDPR) and consumer laws
- Fluent in English and at least 1 other European language. Being fluent in Dutch, French, German or Polish is a plus
- Excellent business judgement, interpretation and communication skills
