  • Be the key stakeholder to all financial People-related topic drive business partnership within the organization
  • You are in charge of our global workforce planning and manage our people budget as well as forecasting
  • Continuous development of our headcount planning and people analytics
  • Support teams on financial and non-financial planning
  • Create & analyze personnel budget plans, communicate findings to the management teams to influence strategic decisions
  • Collaborate across teams to prepare and communicate insightful results to partners, including monitoring important metrics and highlighting trends
  • Enhance adhoc, monthly & quarterly internal reporting, including driving insightful analyses to explain trends and any variance to plans
  • Support the annual financial planning process for the people financials, partnering with FP&A team members to implement best practices and maximize efficiencies.



  • 2+ years of FP&A experience 
  • FP&A & People planning background
  • ESOP & Equity compensation experience is a strong plus
  • Advanced Microsoft excel skills to maintain and develop complex spreadsheets, as well as strong google spreadsheets experience
  • Strong vizualization and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Working knowledge of financial planning & analysis methodologies
