Part-time, Working Student Position


You'd be our partner care manager for our B2B E-Bike clients. You would be the single point of contact for the delivery companies that we provide with a fleet of E-Bikes. You would be the link between the local HQ and the local team who run the operations and responsible for a smooth day to day business, ensure correct invoicing and tracking of bikes as well as support launches in new cities.

  • You make it your goal to solve our B2B partners' problems and listen to their feedback
  • You solve problems proactively and constantly provide input for process improvements
  • You collaborate with our different teams and have direct influence on the improvement of our product
  • You represent the TIER E-Bikes B2B clientele, you'd be building trusting relationships with our B2B E-Bike partners in DACH region/German speaking countries with the support of your team and supervisor
  • Learning CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce which are great tools to have in your skillset and in after sales
  • Getting a great kickstart into your career in after sales by learning from your colleagues, your team lead, as well as on the job


  • Currently enrolled in a University program and are availability for a 20 hour work week alongside your studies
  • Motivation to be in an after sales position and to maintain and build relationships with our TIER clients
  • You find the right words in any situation and communicate them in a positive way
  • Relationship building is one of your strengths, you enjoy listening to others and providing them with the support they need, and can generally be considered a reliable person
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to build and maintain a solid foundation for an excellent partner relationship
  • Organized and detail oriented mentality and you're not afraid to take on new challenges
  • Bonus: Previous experience in customer service, key/account management, parter care management, after sales and/or a similar role in the hospitality/tourism industry is a plus but not a must have
  • Bonus: You've worked with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce 
  • Native, near native, or full professional fluency in German and English (any other European languages are a big plus!)
