THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

Within our Customer Care Trust & Safety department we are opening up a full-time position, and we might be looking for you!
As a customer care agent you are dealing with a large variety of incoming requests. Becoming part of the Trust & Safety team means specializing in some topics, such as: police cases, accident cases, GDPR-requests, and legal cases.

  • First-level inbound support (Calls, E-mails) focused on police cases, accident
    cases, GDPR-requests, and legal topics
  • Weekly team meetings to create new processes and share observations;
  • Implementing new workflows to ensure a smooth user and/or third-party
    experience
  • Contact between other stakeholders, such as TIER’s legal department, safety
    department, and public policy department

As the name suggests, your main focus is dealing with trust and safety. Trust which we need to establish whenever we work with police and local authorities. We are here to make sure that we maintain a positive relationship with law enforcement and other
authorities, all to ensure TIER is, and will remain welcome wherever we operate. Gaining and maintaining trust between TIER and third-parties will help us grow and expand our business more easily in the future.

Safety is important to every citizen, but especially to those we were involved in any type of accident. As a trust & safety agent it is crucial to support those who were involved in an accident by being empathic, supportive and confident to resolve these cases the best way possible - ultimately keeping their trust in TIER.
