Summary: Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and innovation in healthcare? As an Operations Specialist at Schweiger Dermatology Group, you will support a dynamic Specialty Operations team dedicated to non-medical dermatology projects, including operation and innovation of non-medical practices, advancing marketing optimizations as well as AI and machine learning. This role is key to ensuring the efficiency and success of these diverse projects, requiring a blend of strategic planning and hands-on support.
Travel: While primarily a remote position, employee is required to attend monthly in office cadence (up to two times per month at our NYC office). From time to time, additional in-person team meetings may be required as well.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and optimize processes for allergy practice operations, aesthetic medicine projects, and other specialty initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis to assess project performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Manage project resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the Specialty Operations team.
- Support marketing and AI/machine learning projects by gathering requirements, coordinating activities, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Assist in the development and documentation of SOPs and best practices for allergy practice scaling and other non-medical dermatology projects.
- Ensure consistent communication across teams, acting as a liaison to streamline processes and enhance inter-departmental collaboration.
- Track project milestones, maintain organized records, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to assess complex situations and develop actionable insights.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally within the organization.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
