ROLE: EXPERIENTIAL TOUR MANAGER (CONTRACT)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are hiring experiential tour managers to go on tour from in November/December with the Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan, spreading joy and sharing acts of kindness with people across America. Tour managers will be on the road for the majority of their contract, traveling with a team of 4 crew members. Accountabilities will include working with venues, retailers, vendors, and acting as liaison between Salt back office team and field staff.

 

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Crew/team management (2 crew members will be licensed drivers)
  • Setup and teardown at all tour stops
  • Preparing logistics for all tour stops with venue contacts
  • Facilitating licensing and permitting where necessary
  • Working as hybrid of manager and brand ambassador at every tour stop, engaging with consumers

 

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Proven In-field / Tour management experience
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent active listening & time management skills
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others internally and externally
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task if required
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for team & client satisfaction
  • High level of efficiency and accuracy

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to travel domestically
  • Must be able to adhere to all provincial and federal regulations pertaining to COVID-19 restrictions
  • Must be willing to work weekends
