OVERVIEW

The Account Supervisor is a senior role on the account team at The Kitchen, overseeing productions and campaign management for multiple Kraft Heinz brands.

  • Role Purpose:
    • Build and maintain client relationships.
    • Oversee projects from development to execution.
    • Lead internal and external teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
    • Act as the central communicator between clients and internal teams.
  • Key Attributes:
    • Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
    • Ability to adapt and evolve with the industry.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relations

  • Manage end-to-end client satisfaction and deliverables for assigned accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with brand leads, team members, suppliers, and agency partners.
  • Act as the day-to-day client liaison, ensuring smooth communication and program management.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Lead internal meetings, project planning, and execution efforts.
  • Align internal teams (strategy, creative, design, media, influencer, PR, digital) to deliver on client objectives.

Financial Management

  • Develop, manage, and reconcile program budgets.
  • Provide multiple budget options and defend financial recommendations.
  • Handle account financial operations, including billing, payments, invoicing, and reconciliations.

Business Operations

  • Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution plans.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth with existing clients.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by developing new policies and processes.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Experience: 4–6 years in Account Management or a similar field.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage people and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Hands-on experience managing productions and campaigns.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Financial Expertise: Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and managing program finances.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency with O365 and familiarity with social/digital media platforms.
  • Business Development: Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities.
