Why is a media professional important for Nubank?
Nubank is a technology company that is redefining the standard of the financial services industry in Brazil. The media team is responsible for Nubank's media strategy, tactics, and implementation, from upper to lower funnel, considering the best channels for each business and comms goal, based on data and creativity.
The Media Lead will be responsible both for leading the media team's mindset to the next level, delivering smart-efficient initiatives, and to guide the growth team in a constant test and learn approach to explore new channels and to optimize them.
Will work in:
Guarantee brand efficiency and customer-centricity across all initiatives
Lead relationship with key media sellers, continuously testing and optimising media investments, and assessing the attractiveness and priority of different channels (existent and new)
Be the link between Marketing and Acquisition teams to build a full-funnel approach, improving both brand equity and conversion
Influences decision on media mix, guards for budget constraints, and ensure all investments meet return expected
Set a clear vision for media to build a strong, confident, creative, and effective team
Experience working as media in ad agencies;
Deep knowledge of operational and research tools for developing media strategy and tactics (eg.: MW Ibope, ComScore, Monitor, TGI);
Being able to work collaboratively;
Built and lead empowered teams
Established and fine-tuned a media mindset/framework, feeling ready to be the one and only media's lighthouse
Brings a test and learn mindset in her/his routine
Played an active role by rethinking, influencing, and improving processes that drove success to her/his clients
Learned how to balance both performance and brand purpose approach to achieve success, efficiently delivering full-funnel projects
Spanish speaker, fluent in English;
Desired skills and experience
Knows how to build strategy, tactics, and can provide inputs to the operation
Experience in online and offline campaigns, including channels such as Google, Facebook, Programmatic Display, and Direct Mail.
Experience in attribution, media mix modeling, causal marketing, and other tactics to measure efficacy
