About the team
The FP&A team belongs to the Finance Area. We aim to drive Nubank's growth sustainably and efficiently by defining, forecasting and analyzing key financial indicators in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. The challenge includes the execution of the financial modeling and tracking routines (strategic planning, budgeting, closing) built in a solid knowledge in Finance and outstanding relationship with our stakeholders.

As a FP&A Corporate Specialist, you're expected to:
- Consolidate and analyze the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, tracking outputs and checking data consistency and quality. Adequately explain deviations vs forecast in the complete Colombia operations
- Forecast, by business unit and legal entity, corporate financial items as indirect cash flow, intercompany lines, corporate debt, equity method, company elimination, among others
- Provide support to the Taxes team and be the bridge between Taxes and FP&A. Responsible for taxes as well as the managerial allocation to each business unit in both actuals and projections
- Quantify funding needs by each legal entity while leading the relationship with Nubank's team in charge of making funding decisions
- Lead the regulatory and audit requirements from an FP&A perspective, including forecasts for regulatory reports and audits
- Lead other ad hoc analyses and requests related to financial forecasts and performance
We are looking for Specialist who has:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering, among others
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar job position
- Outstanding communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Proven experience and proficiency in financial modeling; accounting knowledge of concepts such as consolidation, accrual, provisions, amortization, among others
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Successfully managed diverse and complex stakeholders
