As a PMO Lead your main goals are to successfully drive HR Tech roadmap across Nubank’s offices all over the globe (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, US and Berlin) and also provide the best possible experience to our Nubankers!


Once here, you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and owner of all HR projects;
  • Establish and build strong strategic partnerships with key stakeholders from HR and business;
  • Act as a key advisor to clients on requirements, challenging vendors in a functional and technical perspective,
  • Thrive to deliver an efficient and user-friendly solution in the shortest amount of time;
  • Lead and coach the team;
  • Implement required controls, metrics and quality measurement indicators.


You will fit well if you: 

  • Are motivated to deliver big audacious goals, within a digital, highly complex and changeable  environment;
  • Experienced with HRIS implementation/ system integrations;
  • Deep knowledge in designing  and implementing scalable HR processes for multiple countries;
  • Have hands-on experience leading technical teams; 
  • Constantly looking for smart-efficient solutions and obsessed to provide the best possible experience;
  • Continuously building strategic partnerships with key HR partners and other stakeholders such as IT/Engineering teams;
  • Always up-to-date to cutting edge technologies and trends;
  • Have experience in Digital Transformation in global hyper-growth companies
  • Passionate for building high performing and diverse teams;
  • Fluent English
