Role Description

As a Talent Engagement Specialist, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders, from Recruitment, Talent Engagement Manager, Technical Vetting Manager, Account Management, and Sales Executives to our Clients. You will manage the recruitment process from the prep call to the offer stage and beyond. You will act as a subject matter expert championing and striving to deliver a fantastic customer and candidate experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the recruitment process from prep call to offer stage.
  • Working with the Recruitment Team to provide market and data insights to help stakeholders make informed decisions on future hires.
  • Active involvement in the candidate’s experience, providing feedback, follow-up communication, and more.
  • Responsible for scheduling candidates’ interviews with our clients.
  • Support intake meetings with Technical Vetting Manager, Account Managers, Sales Executives, and Clients.
  • Maintaining an updated Talent Pool of candidates for ongoing and future vacancies.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates in our Talent Pool and briefing them on the opportunities our clients offer.
  • Measure conversion rates from prep call to offer stage and identify opportunities for improvement in specific vacancies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment-related role in a staffing agency or corporate environment.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM) to track prospective candidate data

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in similar client-facing roles
