Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Analyst  to join our team. This role is essential for driving our outbound sales efforts and executing day-to-day outbound strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in outbound sales within professional services companies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive business growth. 
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and gather relevant information. 
  • Engage with prospects through various channels, including email, and social media. 
  • Utilize social selling techniques to build relationships and nurture leads. 
  • Collaborate with the outbound sales team to align efforts and achieve targets. 
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance outbound efforts. 

 

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales within professional services organizations. Bonus for experience within product/software development and staff augmentation companies. 
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques and strategies. 
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong analytical and research abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 
  • Based in LATAM.
