Role Description
We are looking for an IT Recruiter based in Latin America to become part of our Recruiting Team at Nearsure
The person in this role, will be in charge of identifying the best talent around Latin America to work for our US-based clients. Also, will make sure our process reaches the best standards in terms of quality and agility.
Main Responsibilities
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Manage candidates progress on our ATS
- Provide support to applicants along the whole recruiting process
- Make sure we staff our openings with the best talent in 2-4 weeks
- Working with IT Senior, Principal, Staff profiles
- Client facing tasks: take intake calls to gather all the information needed
- Fill vacancies with established SLAs
- A lot of stakeholder management, expectation management and support teams
- You will be assisted by a Recruiter Assistant who will be supporting you on operational tasks (your focus will be on keeping the client happy while filling their vacancy needs)
Your team will be like this: Recruitment Leader, 3 more recruiters besides you, and a Recruiter assistant.
Requirements
- Bs. Degree in Human resources, Psychology or related fields
- Advanced English Level
- +4 years of experience recruiting IT profiles
- Excellent communicational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with candidates
- Result oriented and motivated by fast-paced working environments
