Internal audit rolls up to Finance at Inmobi. The finance team at InMobi is a tightly knit group working to set up processes, frameworks and systems to help the business ride the next wave of rapid growth. We are focused on ensuring compliances across geographies are taken care, reporting standards are met and are commensurate to GAAP. Position Overview
We are looking to hire an Internal audit senior associate who will help in all the Internal audit for InMobi. This is a very dynamic role where in lot of liaising would be required with all the internal teams, consultants and statutory auditors. What you will be doing?
- Assist the Audit manager in identification of key risks associated with the auditable areas for defining scope of audit including revenue recognition, Supplier cost, contract review, compliance, and other major costs.
- Assist in preparing audit checklist covering the risks, controls and identifying the audit tests to be executed
- Performing the audit fieldwork
- Conduct audits as per the Risk Based Audit Plan
- Maintain properly referenced audit working paper and ensure all audit observation reported are properly supported
- Act as a primary liaison with the auditees in the audit execution and closures
- Communicate effectively all the issues and associated risks and identify the root cause and the possible implications
- Timely issuance of audit queries and engagement with the relevant stakeholders for reverts
- Drafting of key audit observations
- Drafting of audit report and timely circulation
- Tracking and monitoring of management actions recommended in the audit reports.
- Flexibility to work across time zones.
- Liaison with IT team to ensure enough controls are effective and working
- Develop deep knowledge of business to help identify high risk areas
- Develop strong professional relationships that foster trust and collaboration with key business stakeholders and, as a leader, set a solid example for the staff
- Keep yourself up to date with company policies and procedures, current developments in accounting and auditing professions.
Job skill requirement
- CA with 2-4 years of experience (Internal audit experience preferred
- Excellent analytical and stake holder management skills
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint MS Dynamic and BI tools
- High level of integrity in dealing with highly confidential information and data
