Building a new company in the recession of 2007 was no ordinary task. Yet with passion and foresight, we charted our course, helping to transform the way consumers engage with their phones.

Over the last 17 years, InMobi has built a global Advertising Platform that powers our customers’ growth by helping them engage their audiences and drive real connections.

InMobi has also built a second unicorn, Glance, which is advancing digital consumption and creating a new wave of disruption. Present on 400M devices across India, SEA, Japan and the US – Glance is one of the largest content platforms globally with~200M daily active users.

What will you be doing?   

Microsoft and InMobi have entered into partnership. As per which, InMobi will be partner for Microsoft’s search inventory. Microsoft Search Advertising empowers the largest advertisers around the world to reach their maximum potential through paid search engine marketing on the Microsoft Bing Ads platform. InMobi will be responsible for complete management / transaction across Bing.  

 We are seeking an Account Specialist with search advertising experience, attention to detail, customer obsession, and a passion to learn and adapt in an evolving environment. The individual in this role will support Sales and Account management leads to manage an assigned set of clients focused on attaining revenue targets, feature adoption, and client-driven goals. The Account Coordinator will build trusted-advisor status with their account team and clients through flawless customer management and data-driven solutions including report creation, opportunity management and tactical execution / implementation of search optimizations and feature adoption. 

 What is expected out of you? 

  • Experience: 
    • 3+ years of experience in search engine marketing, including Google or Bing Ads.
  • Advertising Knowledge: 
    • Expertise in CPA, CPM, CPC models, search marketing, lead generation, and direct response strategies. 
    • Skilled in strategic planning to ensure client growth and success. 
  • Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize performance campaigns on Bing Ads platforms to meet the client KPIs 
    • Assist Performance & Brand Sales teams in creating and delivering compelling solution pitches. 
    • Develop custom solution decks for brand pitches and continuously innovate/update existing sales support materials. 
    • Collaborate with Performance & Brand Sales teams to help clients adopt best practices and optimize campaign performance. 
    • Increase Microsoft Advertising’s share of wallet across client portfolios by identifying performance & branding opportunities and creating convincing pitches to meet client marketing goals. 
    • Conduct brand research and provide actionable insights through analysis and reporting. 
    • Leverage current relationships in the advertising ecosystem to drive adoption conversations as well as open up new relationships in the industry.  
    • Forge relationships with client-side marketing heads and build industry presence for yourself and the products.  
    • A fluent advocate of the MicrosoftStory: Educate clients on how Microsoft Ad features and offerings help them to reach their business goals and new markets/targets. Utilize all available readiness materials (inclusive of Marketing materials, Training & other GTM assets) and insights to ensure you are a fluent advocate of the Microsoft Advertising story. Develop and demonstrate an intermediate to expert-level knowledge of emerging products/features 
    • Analytical Skills: 
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting. 
    • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: 
    • Ability to think critically, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively. 
    • Collaboration & Communication: 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and manage multiple tasks. 
    • Adaptability: 
    • Flexible, with a positive attitude, and able to quickly adapt to evolving business needs. 
    • Self-Motivation: 
    • Proactive, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to contribute innovative ideas. 
    • Language Skills: 
    • Fluency in English. 
    • Location: 
    • Bangalore. 
  • Preferred: 

    • 3+ years of  online media/ advertising experience requiredin brand solutions and account management role.   
    • Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred  
    • Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, communication skills and meeting deadlines  
    • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets  
    • Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions.  
    • Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management  
    • Talented in storytelling and delivering engaging presentations across all levels of leadership  
    • Ability to navigate customer sales negotiations and technical presentations in person and remotely  
    • Solid knowledge of the branding industry, native display products, customer's needs, Microsoft’s strategy and how they work together  
    • Passion for technology as an enabler for company growth
