Position Overview

The Senior Analyst - Sales Effectiveness will be a critical member of our Sales Effectiveness team, focusing on Sales Enablement, ensuring alignment of the sales tech stack with business goals to optimize sales productivity and outcomes. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses strong technical acumen in Salesforce, and is passionate about leveraging AI and automation to empower sales teams through effective enablement strategies. Effective closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless Salesforce operations and provide vital support to our Sales Effectiveness initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with global client-facing teams to align Salesforce and sales tech stack usage with business goals, driving adoption and strategic utilization of tools to enhance sales productivity and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Leverage AI and automation to streamline sales processes, reduce turnaround time, and save sales teams' bandwidth from operational tasks, making their workflows more efficient and effective.
  • Continuously evaluate industry trends and emerging AI and automation tools, ensuring our tech stack remains up-to-date and competitive in the evolving market landscape.
  • Collaborate with tech stack partners to manage relationships and ensure the best utilization of their features to enhance and optimize our sales processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine guidance and documentation to help sales teams strategically align the use of tools and technology with business goals, maximizing productivity and effectiveness.
  • Act as a key liaison for feedback from business teams, working to continually optimize tools and processes to meet their needs.
  • Manage Salesforce operations, including resolving BAU cases, handling integrations, and customizing the platform to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross functionally to implement automation solutions and ensure Salesforce is optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Data Governance team to ensure that Salesforce data is accurate, consistent, and flows seamlessly to other business intelligence tools.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of comprehensive SFDC reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience in SalesOps/StratOps/RevOps
  • Master’s Degree with 1-2 years of experience in SalesOps/StratOps/RevOps
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to value time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Quick to learn new tools and adaptable in mastering new processes.

The ideal candidate will streamline processes through AI and automation, keep the tech stack cutting-edge by integrating industry-leading tools, and ensure seamless data accuracy and flow.
