The Retirement Consulting Center ensures our existing clients, as well as prospective clients have access to our comprehensive retirement solutions.
As a Retirement Sales Advisor, you’ll perform a wide variety of sales and sales prospecting processes; sells retirement and investment products and services to referred prospects and existing clients who do not have a local Horace Mann financial representative available. This position is a hybrid role in our Cherry Hill, NJ location.

Your Role
- Makes daily outbound sales calls, takes inbound inquires, hosts video prospect meetings, hosts topical seminars and conducts sales directly with prospects.
- Engages and retains clients through inbound calls and follow-up outbound calls, e-mail and other approved media - build trusting relationships with a high degree of integrity and personal accountability.
- Uncovers cross-sell opportunities for other company products and services and refers to appropriate business area
- Participate in team lead generation programs, call campaigns and strategies to acquire new clients
- Presents and sells financial products and services that are in the best interest of clients
- Building strong relationships to retain existing clients
- Tailoring retirement and investment strategy according to clients’ changing needs
You Possess The Following
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 or 65
- Life Insurance licensed
- 2+ years’ sales experience
- BA / BS in a related field or equivalent experience
- Possess and demonstrate strong communication skills
