As a Financial Advisor with Horace Mann, you'll have access to a vast range of retirement and wealth management solutions/platforms as an Investment Advisor Representative with HMII, a Horace Mann Company. This provides multiple avenues for high earning potential and career growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to retain and grow Horace Mann's Life, Retirement, and Wealth Management business by leading marketing events at various worksites. To excel in this role, you'll need to hold a Life Insurance License and a FINRA Series 6 Securities license (Series 63 or 65 preferred). At least one year of experience in a financial advisor/client-facing role, exceptional client relationship management, and verbal communication skills are required. You should be able to work independently or as part of a team, balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and demonstrate exceptional time-management skills.
