Worksite Inside Sales Representative will sell Worksite products by taking inbound calls, placing outbound calls, and responding to email, voicemail, and internet/web inquiries. Responsible for ongoing sales campaigns, as well as special sales initiatives, and sales support efforts in support of the overall Worksite sales goals. This position is hybrid must live within the Addison TX area and will be a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- Contact Customers by phone/virtually to enhance our sales activities.
- Contact customers to recapture or save at risk policies including pending, payment and/or payroll issues.
- Contact agents in support of applications that may be at risk.
- Generate new premium from cross-selling to existing customers by offering additional coverages and upgrades on existing policies.
- Assist and support field agents with summer sales activities, including, but not limited to, appointment setting for individual and ground meetings.
- Maintain/exceed the production and quality levels goals.
- Maintain active insurance license for all states required.
- Utilize sales skills to ensure proper close ration goals are met.
Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent, required.
- Two years of college or equivalent business experience, preferred.
- Call center or customer service experience.
- Hours may extend beyond normal office hours.
- Appropriate licensing required within 90 days: General Lines -Life, Health & Accident
Pay Range
- $18.51 - $29.13/hr. + sales incentive
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
