The Distribution Support Coordinator handles a wide variety of responsibilities, projects, and challenges. This position is for those with a passion for communication and an inquisitive, creative, solution-oriented mindset. Responsibilities for this role include for an array of communications projects related to supporting our Worksite Agent force, coordinate sales campaigns and contests and monitor licensing requirements of our Worksite agents.
Essential Functions:
Editor of regularly published Agent Bulletins.
Coordinate and track sales campaigns and promotions.
Assist in evolution of Worksite division’s electronic and digital media strategy.
Maintain archive of past communications.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining licensing documentation and procedures.
Resource for agents for licensing, appointment and renewal information.
Assist in creation of new product and product training communications.
Experience and Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Focus/experience with journalism and/or social media.
College degree preferred.
2+ years’ experience working with agents including communications.
Insurance background recommended.
Pay Range:
$21.00 - $32.00/hr.
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
