As the Workplace Experience Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative inquiries and concerns. Join our dynamic, multinational team of dedicated professionals who are committed to excellence and enjoy a collaborative work environment.


YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Being the contact person for our colleagues and visitors, and supporting with onboarding and off boarding for employees
  • Receiving, distributing and sending mail and dealing with general correspondence 
  • Managing and ordering office supplies (except IT hardware/software, which our IT department orders itself), merchandise, drinks and food
  • Coordinating with property management (repairs and maintenance in the office) and external service providers such as cleaning services
  • Organising events (e.g. team events, Christmas parties, etc.)

FURTHER TASKS THAT MIGHT COME INTO YOUR SCOPE:

  • Creating a welcoming and comfortable office space that promotes employee well-being and productivity
  • Supporting internal communications and Employer Branding
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing with office vendors, service providers, and landlords to ensure cost-effective solutions that benefit our employees
