Als Werkstudent/-in im Bereich Driver Operations wirst du Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams und zum lokalen Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere Fahrer und Unternehmer. Deine Arbeit leistet einen direkten Beitrag zum Erfolg und Wachstum von FREENOW.

Vertragsart: Werkstudentenvertrag für 1 Jahr (mit der Option auf Verlängerung)

DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH:

Kundenbetreuung für unsere angeschlossenen Fahrer und Unternehmer in unseren Öffnungszeiten und als 2nd Level Support über Zendesk
Qualitätssicherung und Monitoring auf Fahrerseite per Telefon
Vertrieb von FREENOW On-Car-Advertisement, z.B. durch Kaltakquise und Verhandeln von OCA Deals mit Flotten-Partnern
Project Management - Support bei vielfältigen Projekten in Bezug zu Driver Operations (z.B. Expansion in neue Städte oder Wettbewerbsanalyse)

Idealerweise drei Tage im Büro:

Montags: 9h - 18h
Mittwochs: 9h - 14h
Freitags: 9h - 14h

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

Absolute Zuverlässigkeit. Du machst was du sagst, und sagst was du machst
Hohe Motivation unsere Fahrer mit einer positiven Einstellung zu unterstützen
Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle (Operations, Customer Service or Sales)
Gute G-Suite Kenntnisse (Tableau ist ein Vorteil)
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
