DEINE KERNAUFGABEN SIND:

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für das Verbuchen der Banken und Eingansrechnungen
  • Überprüfen die Aufwands­konten auf Plausibilität
  • Das Führen und Überwachen der Neben- und Haupt­buch­konten
  • Die Abwicklung von buchhaltungsspezifischen Aufgaben sowie die Zuarbeit für die Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen
  • Bearbeitung und Archivierung allgemeinter Buchhaltungskorrespondenz

FÜR DIESE ROLLE BRINGST DU FOLGENDES MIT:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation 
  • 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Buchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen 
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen IT-Systemen
  • Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware, gerne Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 (NAVISION, Business Central)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigenmotivation und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
