This role is a fundamental part of our service optimisation strategy, being primarily responsible for the excellent implementation of our driver acquisition, engagement and retention strategy. We are looking for a passionate individual to collect & analyse data, collaborate with all key stakeholders and come up with actionable insights in order to ensure market leading service delivery from a driver operations perspective.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Driver performance optimisation: Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders  to continuously improve the overall performance of our drivers
  • Driver Operations: Be responsible for the day to day driver operations for Athens: registrations, onboarding, activations, retention
  • Key Accounts management: Be responsible for the formulation and implementation of our Key Accounts strategy, and the management of our relations with Key Fleet Owners  
  • Compliance management: Ensure drivers adhere to our code of conduct for efficient operations
  • Fraud protection: Implement measures to identify, mitigate, and protect against potential fraud
  • Product and feature launches: Take ownership of launching new features and products, and of identifying potential incidents and bugs that need to be solved
  • Special projects: run strategic projects to support the step up our driver operations
  • Utilise internal tools: Optimise service delivery and assess effectiveness using our internal tools
  • Strategic goal support: Recommend and execute processes to support our strategic goals and objectives
  • Manage a team of 4 associates

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Education: Bachelors and/or Engineering degree 
  • Work experience: Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in Operations, Commercial Analysis, or similar roles, including strong team management experience.
  • Proactive mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment and takes initiative.
  • Metrics-focused: Driven by KPIs and accountable for achieving clear goals.
  • Customer centric approach: obsessed with understanding and following the customer
  • Cross-department coordination: Aligns multiple internal departments, such as Marketing and Operations
  • Trading business understanding: Familiarity with the trading business and its operational environment.
  • Problem-solving agility: Comfortable with identifying and resolving issues on the go.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate complex situations
