We are looking for an ambitious and talented Marketing Lead possessing natural leadership and communication abilities, a quick learner with a great work ethic to join the FREENOW Greece team.

Your role will be to support the FREENOW business within Greece. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies for both sides of the marketplace, demand and supply. You will report to and work closely with the Regional Head of Marketing. The role fits a professional who is creative, loves challenges, is detail oriented and organized, but at the same time is also excited to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop a deep understanding of local business priorities (business targets, operational challenges, brand strategy, user needs)
  • Organise local marketing activities for both passenger and driver (Media booking, Social media, CRM communications, user acquisition and retention initiatives)
  • Develop a content strategy for ensuring ongoing engagement with both sides of the marketplace, passenger and driver 
  • Manage external agencies such as digital marketing agency, PR agency, creative agencies, production companies and freelancers 
  • Identify uniquely local marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities (strategic priorities, major events, partnerships, seasonal moments etc) and deliver relevant campaigns or activations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (local operations & CX, Business Intelligence, Public Affairs) to set market priorities and action plans
  • Work closely with local and central  stakeholders to ensure well-integrated plans, budgeting, KPI measurement and reporting


  • 6+ years of generalist marketing and comms experience, preferably in a fast-paced oriented environment
  • Good relationship management as you will engage with local teams, central brand teams and partners across several different functions such as operations, PR and Public Affairs
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to bring to life the FREE NOW brand in a way that is both consistent with our brand identity but also significant to local culture
  • A strong customer-centric approach. You are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand
  • Experienced with content strategy, content creation, Social Media and PR. You’ll have to own local content creation across key touch points
  • The ability to take the initiative in a constantly-changing work environment 
  • Experience working with Media agencies
