We are seeking a Client Travel Sales Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our sales operations. As the Client Travel Sales Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of talented individuals, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets.


  • Foster an environment of collaboration, performance, and fun: Create a collaborative and enjoyable workplace culture that encourages teamwork and high performance, directly impacting team dynamics, morale and performance.
  • Provide coaching to individual contributors (ICs) to grow superstars: Utilise coaching techniques to guide and develop team members, fostering the growth of top-performing superstars within the team.
  • Help team members identify growth areas: Leverage your expertise to assist the team in identifying growth opportunities in various sectors and with existing clients, driving business expansion.
  • Understand and build sales territories: Strategically plan and develop sales territories based on industry, geography, and market penetration, influencing sales strategies.
  • Report on performance & build monthly forecasts: Report on sales performance, initiatives and pipeline, and develop precise monthly revenue forecasts and lead initiatives to maximise growth, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
  • Work closely with Operations team: Support local sales teams to close deals and collaborate across functions to share insights and drive initiatives that transform market potential into revenue, aligning sales and operations efforts.
  • Be an active counterpart for the Product team: Act as a knowledgeable liaison between sales and the product team, ensuring customer feedback is integrated into product development.


  • Proven expertise in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a solid understanding of advanced sales techniques and best practices.
  • Proven coaching and leadership skills, demonstrated by the ability to develop and mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Expertise in market analysis, with the capability to identify growth opportunities in various sectors and with existing clients.
  • Proficiency in revenue forecasting, using strategic insights to develop precise monthly forecasts and bridge performance gaps.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration, working closely with operations and product development teams to align efforts and drive initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of company products and services, allowing for effective communication with the product team and integration of customer feedback.
  • Ability to propose process optimisation, ensuring sales operations are efficient and productive.
  • Personal attributes, including motivational leadership, adaptability, innovative thinking, excellent communication, strategic vision, results orientation, customer-centric approach, and strong problem-solving skills.
