About the Team
The team empowers restaurants to start, operate, and grow their businesses efficiently with white-labeled services. Our products enable restaurants to build their brand and connect directly with loyal customers. We provide the commission-free technology they need to serve guests and manage operations—from online ordering and phone AI agents to loyalty programs. We work at the intersection of the digital and physical world, and the team oversees both the consumer and merchant sides of the experience.

You will report to the Head of Merchant Design on our Design team which is a part of the Product organization, and manage a team of 7-8 talented product designers. We expect this role to be hybrid, working 1-2 days a week from one of our Design hubs.

- Manage, develop, and hire a team of talented product designers.
- Coach and mentor designers on both soft and hard skills and help them develop and achieve career goals.
- Build a culture that elevates the team, in terms of both performance and morale.
- Establish an operating model that increases the team’s effectiveness.
We’re excited about you because…
- You have 10+ years of experience in design, with 3+ years in team building and people management.
- You have a track record of delivering well-executed products and driving meaningful business impact.
- You thrive in disambiguating and innovating the 0-to-1 space.
- You’re a playmaker, not just a role player. You visualize and articulate a clear design strategy to cross-functional partners.
- You are experienced in managing executive leadership.
- You are skilled at building a high-performing team and attracting top talents.
- You are a culture carrier and a good mentor.
