About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Asset Business Process Analyst to join our IT Asset Management team. The IT Asset Business Process Analyst will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving and enhancing business processes, and helping manage IT assets. This role involves working across all of IT, security and other areas of the business, to ensure quality reporting, optimization and complete end to end asset lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of IT asset management
- Lead and manage IT asset related projects from initiation through to completion
- Write and document user stories using JIRA and work closely with developers and engineers
- Write, review and maintain both internal and external standard operating procedures
- Develop and maintain standardized procedures for tracking and reporting IT assets
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT asset management database and tools
- Identify key metrics, clear dashboards and reports to stakeholders
- Assist team with customer tickets/requests as needed and various other ITAM related projects
We're excited about you because...
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT asset management, project management, process management, product management, business operations or a related role, preferably in a technology-focused environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Suite, JIRA or other related project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Detail oriented, problem solver & resourceful
Prefer:
- Knowledge of writing standard operating procedures
- Experience in leading projects, writing stories and building roadmaps
- Experience in the technology asset industry
We expect this position to be filled by 1/6/2025.

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
