U.S. businesses spend over $100 billion annually on food for employees and customers. DoorDash for Business is a standalone vertical within DoorDash, focused on building meal procurement solutions for companies. DoorDash for Business uses DoorDash's global marketplace, selection, and infrastructure, to offer a compelling enterprise offering to employers at Fortune 1000 companies. As the Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives who are responsible for acquiring new Enterprise customers in the US. You will partner with marketing, finance, legal, sales operations, and product to build your strategy.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a team of ~8 Enterprise Account Executives and help them build pipeline and drive net new customer acquisition strategies across the US. Additionally, you will be a key driver for one of DoorDash’s growth verticals and have the ability to grow your team and career. As such, you’ll be in a high impact role where you’ll work extensively with cross-functional teams to execute on growth and operational initiatives. Working alongside large to mid-size brands, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of DoorDash’s Enterprise business.
You will report to the Director, Pre-Sales, DoorDash for Business to work on a strategy and hit revenue targets. We are looking for a sales professional who can coach and develop talent, hire and help to win business. You have experience with SaaS platform products, leadership, sales, forecasting and building prospecting strategies.

We’re excited about you because you have…
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Mid-Market/Enterprise sales
- 3+ years in sales leadership managing a SaaS team covering Mid-Market/ENT accounts
- Experience building close relationships from the ground up with large corporations, understanding their needs at a very deep level, and collaborating to structure creative deal terms which result in joint wins
- You are DoorDash first: you work well with others under the one team one fight mindset and choose optimism when solving for pain points as we grow
- You're a builder at heart: you dream big and start small when it comes to business and people leadership and are an owner of deal strategy, job competencies, lead segmenting, and the other important pieces of infrastructure that allow your team to succeed

Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. The estimated pay range for this position represents total on-target earnings (including base salary and on-target incentive pay). Talk to your recruiter for more information.
