The New Verticals Implementation Team is on the ground floor of building DoorDash’s next big business. Partnering with teams to establish the critical relationship between DoorDash and the Merchant. We manage onboarding, implementation, and launch for Merchants joining the platform.
About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Team Lead to lead our Canadian Implementation Associate Team based in the US for our Canadian Alcohol merchants. The Implementation Team owns the Merchant journey from the sales cycle, all the way through go-live to post-launch review. Your primary focus will be on people-centric leadership, encouraging your team members to strive for continuous improvement. Reporting to the Department Lead, the Implementation Manager takes ownership of team performance, facilitates coaching through regular 1:1 sessions, and collaborates with partners to enhance processes.
You’ll report into the head of Implementation on our New Team where you’ll have direct access to all you’ll need to grow your career to the next level. We expect this role to be a mix of time spent remotely and in-office, with the ability to travel as needed for in-person collaboration through trainings, offsite events, team-building events, and other business-related activity.

We’re excited about you because…
- You have 3+ years of people management or supervisor experience, demonstrating leadership
- You have 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, onboarding, or other related fields
- You have demonstrated a commitment to building team cultures where making room at the table is paramount
- Experience maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities and you can organize content in a way that is easily digestible
- Experience with detailed operational flows and data
