This role is part of our Design & Technology business team. We combine our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Gant, Inter Milan, and Just Eat Takeaway.


As a Business Analyst, you step into a project when the vision is set and it’s time to help the client with their next step: fast and sustainable execution. You are the key link between the client and the teams we provide, ensuring that their business goals are clearly defined and understood. And finally, you help clients explore new business propositions and continuously improve their digital efforts based on research and data analyses. 


  • Contribute to the development, documentation and understanding of the project scope, objectives and technical feasibility involving all relevant stakeholders;
  • Be the counterweight of the PO, challenge the needs and the why;
  • Define and documenting the clients business functions and processes while keeping an eye out for any process important opportunities;
  • Identify and report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product teams;
  • Requirements definition or clarification and writing/updating agile stories;
  • Support with backlog preparation and prioritisation;
  • Participates in test case definition and user acceptance testing together with QA teams.


  • Relevant experience; 
  • Strong communication and business writing skills;
  • A completed degree, preferably in Industrial Design, Business or IT;
  • Advanced knowledge of project management and agile methodologies;
  • Ability to interact across a range of stakeholders, from business executives to creatives, engineers, managers, SMEs and vendors;
  • Working knowledge in the use of JIRA/Confluence;
  • Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus;
