The Team:

You will join our DACH team reporting to our Sales Director for the assigned vertical Consumer, Retail & Logistics.

The work you’ll do:

  • Manage a fixed number of accounts from an existing customer and new business perspective. Land-and-expand is the typical model.
  • Engage cross Line-of-Business at C-level and below
  • Represent the entire Celonis suite of solutions from Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sustainability, and Opportunity Management
  • Hold an individual revenue target for closing six-figure deals within these accounts
  • Engage closely with Partners, especially Big4, other consulting firms, and SaaS partners
  • Engage closely with your virtual team including business development representatives, marketing managers, partner managers, sales engineers / pre-sales, customer success managers, professional services, implementation partners…

The qualifications you need:

  •  3+ years of experience selling enterprise business software at C-level (CFO, CPO, COO…) in a new business focused field sales role 
  • or 3+ years of experience in management/business process consulting including responsibility to manage senior stakeholders and secure new project wins
  • Strong business acumen and experience in building trusted relationships with senior LOB stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of the Consumer industry (Retail or CPG or Logistics)
  • Experience in working with Partners, i.e. Consulting firms or Enterprise Tech providers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Ability to adapt to a fast moving, ever changing, high growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking and a growth mindset
