The Team:
The Value Engineering (VE) is responsible for the entire customer journey. Primarily, as an organization we are focused on getting customers as much value as possible while improving product adoption, customer advocacy, retention and expansion. You will be joining the VE strategy and operations team, which today has 5 members, and you will be reporting to one of our senior managers.
 
The Role:The Strategy & Operations Intern within the Value Engineering Group will be in the unique position to impact company strategy surrounding all things awareness, retention, value and expansion. You will get to work with key company stakeholders in order to deliver projects and analyses that help move the needle on key department metrics.
 
The work you’ll do:
  • Run analyses for key department stakeholders in order to assist them in making informed decisions about their organization
  • Prepare management ready presentations about your project findings
  • Roll out processes changes and communicate updates to the organization
  • Assist on strategic projects that are in line with the departments goals
  • Create and update decks that communicate department goals and results
The qualifications you need:
  • Student of Business Administration, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program with outstanding performance
  • Interest in working with customers and awesome presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with Google Docs, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning
  • Analytics experience
  • At least 6 months of full-time availability
  • Fluent in English (any additional language is a plus)
