What You'll Own:

  • You will grow the local market from launch to core market status, while managing the P&L to achieve the goals on the operating plan
  • You will develop new local acquisition channels and lead sources to drive new market growth
  • You will work directly with Product on features that will enhance our performance in these critical markets
  • You will make pivotal pricing decisions in-market
  • You will develop meaningful relationships with local and trusted vendors to ensure that Belong’s standard is met
  • You will advocate cross-functionally to make sure the region remains top of mind
  • You will provide on the ground assistance to our community as needed
  • You will innovate on processes that are unique to the market and work to implement them with the team
  • You will develop the local network increasing Belong’s brand awareness
  • You will build a team culture for your market
  • You will staff, train, and manage the host coordinators locally
  • You will create the playbook to scale the market with the objective of automating yourself out of the role
  • You will achieve excellent top-line revenue attainment and healthy market NPS, in line with our P&L
