The Role:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a pivotal role based in Buenos Aires, providing comprehensive support to our CEO who leads from Miami. This position demands an individual who excels in a dynamic environment, offering both professional and personal support with discretion, efficiency, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Scheduling: Optimize the CEO’s time through meticulous management of professional, personal, and family commitments, ensuring a balanced schedule that accommodates work and life.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as the primary liaison for the CEO, managing internal and external communications, drafting correspondence, and ensuring seamless interactions with key stakeholders.
  • Event and Travel Coordination: Plan and execute all aspects of travel and events, aligning with the CEO’s commitments and preferences for a seamless experience.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Foster relationships with Belong's board, investors, government officials, key executives, and the press, maintaining strong, productive connections.
  • Project Management: Lead specific projects, coordinating across teams to achieve strategic objectives and contribute to Belong’s mission.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address challenges proactively, offering solutions to enhance the CEO’s effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assess and optimize administrative processes to enhance efficiency and work-life balance.
