About the Role:

As the Head of Sales at Belong, you will spearhead our sales efforts, setting the pace and tone for a highly efficient and technologically advanced sales operation. This critical leadership role is focused on scaling our homeowner acquisition through best-in-class people leadership, strategic, data-driven methodologies, and artificial intelligence ensuring that Belong reaches and surpasses ambitious growth targets of more than 50% year over year growth.

The Opportunity:

This high-energy position is based in Miami, FL, with 50% or more of the time spent in Lima, Peru with frequent interactions with our teams in Utah and Argentina. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be instrumental in shaping our sales strategy and operational execution, turning ambitious goals into tangible achievements. This role demands a leader who thrives under pressure, exhibits relentless drive, and embodies the spirit of entrepreneurial innovation.

  • Lead and Inspire Teams: Manage a multinational team, providing leadership and development opportunities to ensure peak performance and career growth.
  • Enhance Sales Processes: Continuously refine the sales journey to increase efficiency and effectiveness, integrating technological solutions to streamline operations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experiences, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
