We are seeking world-class, motivated, and passionate individuals for our People team. You will be working closely with our Engineering, People, Sales, Customer Support, Executive team and business stakeholders to keep our teams growing! 

Who You Are:

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Belong, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruiting team by managing various administrative tasks and providing exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.

What You'll Own:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, phone screens, and assessments between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) 
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for members of the team, when necessary.
  • Provide logistical support for recruiting events and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate information.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.

Experience You'll Need:

  • Previous experience in a recruiting coordinator or administrative support role preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS). 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
